NEPAL LIFE INSURANCE CO. LTD.

Nepal Life Insurance Company Limited is actively seeking applications for the role of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) from highly motivated, dynamic and result-oriented Nepali citizens for its wholly owned subsidiary company Nepal Life Investment Company Limited. Candidates should have a proven track record in banking and financial institutions, investment banking and capital markets. The CEO shall be responsible in formulating and executing the Company's annual operating plans and managing investments, guided by the long-term strategic plans of the Company

Position: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Skills, Qualification and Experience:

Masters' Degree in the subject of Economics/Commerce/Finance/Accounts/ Business with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the fields of Accountancy/ Finance/ Management within the area of industry/ Commerce/Capital Market/ Banking and Financial Institutions. Minimum working experience in Managerial position with leadership role for 5 years.

Preference shall be given to candidates with a professional certification such as MBA (Finance),CFA, /CA/ACCA.

Profound expertise in Nepalese Capital Markets, Banking Procedures, Financial Analysis, Research, Portfolio Management, Mutual Fund Management, Treasury, Securities Trading, Corporate Advisory, Due-diligence, fundraising and other investment banking procedures. Experience of valuation of projects shall also be an added advantage for candidates.

Preference shall be given to applicants who have expertise and exposure in the domain of Investment Banking and Private Equity/Venture Capital.

Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, as well as strategic thinking ability.

Proactive leadership qualities, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to establish and sustain long-term business growth for the organization, as well as the ability to foresee trends and capitalize on new opportunities as they arise, are required.

Strong market relation for soliciting projects for appraisal.
