As CEO, you will spearhead the Tilganga City Eye Center's mission to deliver superior eye health services. You will be the driving force behind our operational excellence, strategic growth, and the expansion of our services across Nepal. This leadership role demands a candidate who is visionary yet pragmatic, capable of ensuring the highest standards of patient care while steering the organization through its growth trajectory.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development and implementation of strategic plans and policies that align with the center's mission and vision.
Oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness in service delivery.
Cultivate a culture of excellence in patient care, advocating for patient-centered approaches and innovative practices.
Expand the center's reach and impact through strategic partnerships, community engagement, and service diversification.
Ensure financial sustainability by overseeing budgeting, financial management, and resource allocation.
Represent the center in public, professional, and governmental forums, enhancing its reputation and advocacy for eye health.
Foster a collaborative and motivating work environment for a diverse team of professionals
