About the job

Role Overview:

As the visionary at the helm, you will drive our strategic initiatives, focusing on sustainable growth, operational excellence, and innovation for our Cement Business in Nepal and other cross country tie ups. Your leadership will be instrumental in fostering a culture of innovation, environmental responsibility, and delivering exceptional value to our stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

Provide strategic leadership and direction to the organization, ensuring alignment with the company's mission and values.
Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies to drive growth, profitability, and market share within the cement industry.
Foster a culture of innovation, sustainability, and operational excellence throughout the organization.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, investors, and regulatory bodies.
Lead and inspire a high-performance executive team, promoting collaboration and accountability.

Requirements:

20 + Years of experience in relevant industry with a proven track record as a CEO or in a senior executive leadership role within the cement manufacturing & trading industry.
In-depth knowledge of the cement industry, market trends, and competitive landscape, manufacturing process and environmental compliances
Strong strategic planning and execution skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Demonstrated experience in driving sustainable and environmentally responsible business practices.
Proven success in financial management and achieving business targets.
