Requirements:

• Master's degree in economics, commerce, finance, accounting, management, or possess recognized qualifications such as CA/CFA/ACCA from esteemed institutions.
• Demonstrated a track record of exceptional leadership, managerial prowess, and the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals.
• Minimum of ten years of extensive experience in the capital market, banking, or financial institutions, with at least five years in senior management roles.
• In-depth familiarity with both domestic and international merchant banking practices and regulatory frameworks.
