Roles and responsibilities of this job

Confirm that all dishes are cooked well and presented in an artistically pleasing way
Supervise food preparation, examining that all kitchen staff are performing their duties
Monitor cooking equipment quality and order new cooking equipment as needed
Aid the resort control how much food and materials need to be ordered
Train new kitchen employee
Work outside valley
