We are seeking a ACCA graduate to join our team and support in forming companies in the USA and UK, as well as handling tax, bookkeeping, and compliance tasks. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or a current ACCA student looking to gain valuable experience in international financial services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in forming companies in the USA and UK, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
• Handle tax preparation and filing for both US and UK entities.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date bookkeeping records for client companies.
• Support in compliance activities, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with senior team members to deliver high-quality service to clients.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing ACCA qualification or recent ACCA graduate.
• Basic understanding of US and UK tax regulations and compliance requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Prior internship or work experience in accounting, tax, or financial services.
• Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).
