About the job

We are seeking a ACCA graduate to join our team and support in forming companies in the USA and UK, as well as handling tax, bookkeeping, and compliance tasks. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or a current ACCA student looking to gain valuable experience in international financial services.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in forming companies in the USA and UK, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
Handle tax preparation and filing for both US and UK entities.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date bookkeeping records for client companies.
Support in compliance activities, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with senior team members to deliver high-quality service to clients.

Requirements:

Currently pursuing ACCA qualification or recent ACCA graduate.
Basic understanding of US and UK tax regulations and compliance requirements.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

Prior internship or work experience in accounting, tax, or financial services.
Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).
