We are an Investment company. We collect investments from Investors in the form of Share Capital of our Company. The capital is used to invest in various companies in diverse sector with the objective of gaining maximum returns for our Investors and also help business become sustainable and profitable.

We are looking for  CEO / General Manager level  executive who can actively work towards raising Share Capital, increase company's fund, be able to analyze investment proposals, shortlist good investment proposals and forward to the Company's Board. His/ her goal shall be to lead the company with goals of achieving minimum 50 crore Share capital and enter into secondary market within 3 year.

Key Responsibilities:

• To identify good investment proposals and provide rational analysis to the board for discussion and approval. 
• To Create investment plans based on Board's guidance and lead the company.
• To liase with companies where we have made investments and do regular assessments.
• To liase with companies where we are expecting to investments and do their analysis and make reports.
• To keep track of our investors and also do regular communication regarding the achievements of the company.
• Maintain companies legal paperwork, taxes up to date. 
• Liase with company's lawyer for agreements/MOU's with investee companies.
