Roles and responsibilities of this job

The Television CEO provides the leadership, management and vision necessary to ensure that the company has the proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures, and people systems in place to effectively grow the organization and to ensure financial strength and operating efficiency. The position accomplishes this through a respectful, constructive and energetic management, guided by the objectives of the company

Creating, Communicating, and implementing the organization's vision, mission, and overall direction
Leading the development and implementation of the overall organization's strategy
Soliciting advice and guidance, when appropriate, from a Board of Directors
Formulating and implementing the strategic plan that guides the direction of the business or organization
Overseeing the complete operation of an organization in accordance with the direction established in the strategic plans
Evaluating the success of the organization in reaching its goals
Participating in industry-related events or associations that will enhance the CEO's leadership skills, the organization's reputation, and the organization's potential for success
Representing the organization for civic and professional association responsibilities and activities in the local community, the state, and at the national level
Other duties as assigned by the company

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Graduate (Masters)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 9 years

Other Specification

Must have completed a Masters degree in the related field
Must have a minimum of 9 years of working experience
Experience in developing profitable strategies and implementing vision
Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles
An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills
Must have excellent analytical abilities and problem-solving skills
Must have excellent communication and public speaking skills
