Requirements : 

The position requires a person of exceptional caliber. Selection will be based on robust set of competences demonstrating experiences and achievements on areas below : 

• Academic Qualification of at least master's degree in management, banking, finance, account, commerce, business administration, electronics and Information technology or computer system 
• Work experience of at least seven years of relevant work experience in the management level or above it in the institution/mechanism operating payment related activities, banking and financial sector, and information technology 
• Knowledge on Payment and Settlement services, and trade and tech related issues of the country

Responsibilities : 

• Give executive leadership for the achievement of its vision, mission and strategy, within its philosophy 
• Program/planning, implementation, monitoring and reporting 
• Develop proposals, business plans, strategy documents, products and policy papers
• Implement Integrations and add business with other institutions merchants and merchant groups with utmost timelines 
• Perform any other duties with discretion and/or directions by the board of directors
