Casino General Manager

Qualification:

Experience: 10 Years plus in an executive management role. Experience in an internationally recognized casino operation with demonstrable knowledge in the field of gaming operations, tables games and electronic gaming machines, casino marketing programs and gaming surveillance systems.
Scope Of Work: Responsible for the overall management of the casino operation department including P&L and accountability with audit responsibilities.
Knowledge Transfer: Take ownership of staff development training and management, creating a high performing, effective and customer focused team.
Language: Excellent English written, and oral communication skill is essential and be able to effectively present information before committees, outside functions and employees
Workplace: Kathmandu or Bhairahawa.
Salary Range: Negotiable
