Cashier / Accountant

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Cashier / Accountant to handle daily cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records. The candidate should have a basic understanding of accounting concepts and be able to record income and expenditure transactions using Micro Banking software.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily cash receipts, payments, and other financial transactions.
• Record and maintain daily income and expenditure accurately.
• Enter financial transactions into Micro Banking software.
• Maintain proper cash records and ensure accuracy of cash balances.
• Assist in preparing and maintaining Trial Balance and Balance Sheet records.
• Verify financial entries and supporting documents.
• Perform regular cash reconciliation and report discrepancies when necessary.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.
• Assist the accounts team with routine accounting and administrative tasks.Maintain confidentiality of financial and company information.
