Cashier

We are currently seeking highly motivated and skilled Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate must possess at least 1 year of experience in a similar position, along with a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business Studies, or Business Administration (completed or running).

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate the POS system efficiently and accurately.
• Receive and process payments from customers in a timely manner.
• Issue receipts, refunds, and change for all transactions.
• Maintain a clean and organized cash counter and ensure the availability of adequate change at all times.
• Keep a record of daily transactions and reconcile them with daily sales.
• Uphold customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and handling complaints or inquiries in a professional manner.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth flow of operations.
• Adhere to all cash handling and security procedures.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of all products, promotions, and prices.
