Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for a reliable and efficient Cashier to manage daily cash transactions at our facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling all financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional customer service to our visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all cash and credit transactions efficiently.
Greet and assist customers, providing information about our services and admission fees.
Issue receipts, refunds, and change as necessary.
Maintain accurate records of daily transactions and prepare reports at the end of the shift.
Ensure the cash drawer is balanced at the end of each day.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a polite and professional manner.
Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness at the cashier counter.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 1 year

Other Specification

Minimum educational qualification: High school diploma or equivalent.
Basic math and accounting skills
Previous cashier experience is a plus
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
