Job Description

Handle cash transitions with customers
Maintain record of all the transactions
Issue receipts, refunds, change
Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information
Doing daily accounting entries
Maintaining the proper record of cheque/cash/petty cash
Dealing and coordinating with the multiple banks
Preparing cash/cheque vouchers/TDS related vouchers/sending for deposit
Coordinating with the finance/accounts/service department for the regular payments
Keeping track of the regular payments made
Maintaining day to day bank balance/ cash balance and providing the information
