Roles and responsibilities of this job

Bagaichā is seeking experienced and dynamic individuals to join our team as Captain. As a Captain, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring excellent customer service and smooth operations within the restaurant.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

Greeting and seating guests promptly
Taking orders and serving food and beverages in a timely manner
Providing recommendations on menu items and upselling where appropriate
Ensuring accuracy in order delivery and addressing any customer concerns or complaints
Coordinating with the kitchen staff to ensure efficient service
Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area
Training and supervising junior staff members
Handling cash transactions and maintaining accurate records
Adhering to all food safety and hygiene standards
Collaborating with the Restaurant Manager to implement new strategies for improving service quality

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 2 years

Other Specification

Experience : 2 Years Minimum as Captain
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management (Master's degree Preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent customer service abilities
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and accuracy in order taking and delivery
Leadership and team management skills
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
Basic computer skills for order processing and record keeping
A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences
