Job Description

Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
Provide information about hospital services, appointments, and operations
Schedule appointments for patients and coordinate with other departments as needed
Handle billing inquiries and process payments over the phone
Manage patient records and update electronic systems with accurate information
Follow and adhere to all confidentiality and security policies of the hospital
Assist with any administrative tasks or projects as assigned by the supervisor
Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times
