We're a Tokyo-based Kathmandu-headquartered research and consulting firm specializing in investigating market landscapes, competitor dynamics, and consumer behaviors. Through meticulous data analysis and strategic interviews, we provide actionable insights to businesses. With a small, collaborative team, we help companies unravel mysteries about their markets, competitors, and customers, enabling smart business decisions.

If you're passionate about conducting in-depth desktop market research on diverse industries like automobiles, consumer goods, and more, we want to hear from you.

To be successful in the role, you must have

Completed a Master's program in Business from a leading university in Nepal or abroad.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in business research or a finance-related field.
Proficient in English language.
Dedicated to excellence and personal development.
Demonstrated exceptional academic performance and proficiency in logical and critical thinking.
Skilled in managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines consistently.
Attentive to detail with a sharp presence of mind.
Capable of dedicating extended hours to work when necessary

Roles & Responsibilities

Conducting data gathering using primary and secondary research methods.
Analyzing qualitative data to identify trends in industries, companies, and customer behavior.
Generating comprehensive client reports and refined deliverables.
Communicating research findings effectively to the Research and Consulting team and providing strategic recommendations.
Supervising team members to ensure the production of flawless reports.
Leading and overseeing multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred to have

Possesses a global and open mindset.
Holds an academic background in business majors such as finance, accounting, management, or natural sciences like mathematics, physics, etc.
Proficient with numbers or has experience in numerical analysis functions such as accounting, finance, investment, etc.
Has prior experience working as a market researcher and thrives on pushing oneself and others to exceed expectations and reach new heights.

* Candidates with proficiency in Japanese language will be given priority.

Benefits
