Roles and responsibilities of this job

Business Promotion Officers will conduct major aspects of marketing of the company which includes but is not limited to Client visits (infrastructure projects), tender/EOI/RFP preparation in coordination with International or national partners, collecting information, ensuring quality; complaint bids are submitted in a timely manner. He/she reviews all client requirements to ensure that they are met in the proposal and collaborate/coordinate with a wide variety of involved parties to include all necessary information within the proposals.

Responsibilities:

Consistent Client Visits/ Public relations
Collecting information through various sources
Edit, proofread improve and submit Bid/ tender proposals.
Liaise with International companies/partners to ensure compliant bid proposals.
Correspond with various international companies in multiple infrastructure sectors to form a consortium to bid in projects in Nepal
Assist with research requirements within the specific time frame based on client engagement.
Assimilate information extracted from various sources and re-write it into a defined style, ensuring that it is clearly articulated and easy to integrate into proposals and reports/ updates to principal.
Prepare package research findings in the form of pipeline projects in various development sectors.
Conduct research within the relevant project domain through news and third-party data sources.
Input to database management.
Ensure that business contracts/ agreements are in place for any business-critical applications.
Stay up-to-date with developments in various sectors related to company’s interest.
Reporting all activities to management or HOD
