This is a full-time on-site role for Business Operations Officer at Jatra Spirits & its associated ventures, located in Bāgmatī, Nepal. The Business Operations Officer will be responsible for managing office operations and procedures, defense contracts globally (100+ countries) for WEXMAC (Worldwide Expeditionary Multiple Award Contract), reaching out to other national and multinational companies globally, overseeing daily operations and ensuring administrative efficiency. The ideal candidate is a motivated individual, very fluent in English and confident in handling correspondence with clients and other foreign partners.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Strong Communication skills

Highly fluent speaking and writing in English

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field

Flexible and willingness to travel

Compensation:

Competitive salary range of NPR 40,000 to NPR 60,000 (negotiable) commensurate with experience and qualifications

Other Information:

Full-time position, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Start date in April

A minimum three-year work commitment is required
