Job Description:

This is a full-time on-site role as a Business Development Executives located in Kusunti. They should be confident with building new client relationship, identifying new business opportunities, lead generation, maintaining good relation with existing ones and account management. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills. 

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with prospective clients and lead generation
• Client search and approaching potential clients
• Market trend analaysis in foreign recruitment industry

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree complete 
• 3+ years in foreign recruitment industry 
• Experience in Clients Account management
• Strong communication, negotiation skills and persuasion skills
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
