Job Description

CrossOver Nepal, leading SOFTWARE COMPANY that software for Hotel and Restaurant business, is seeking a motivated Business Development Head to join our team. As a top-level member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving SOFTWARE sales and revenue growth. This position requires a high level of professionalism and a strong SOFTWARE sales background. 

As senior leadership role responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales and marketing strategies, overseeing both sales and marketing teams, analyzing market trends, and driving overall revenue growth by aligning customer needs with company objectives, often reporting directly to the CEO or COO. Note: Please do not apply if you don't have experience in software sales or any technical sales.

Strategic Planning:

  • Develop and implement integrated sales and marketing plans aligned with company goals. 
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities and target customer segments. 
  • Set sales and marketing targets, budgets, and performance metrics. 

Team Leadership:

  • Manage and lead both sales and marketing teams, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations. 
  • Foster collaboration between sales and marketing functions to ensure seamless customer experience. 

Sales Management:

  • Oversee the sales pipeline, including lead generation, qualification, and closing deals. 
  • Monitor sales performance against targets and implement corrective actions where needed. 
  • Develop and execute sales incentive programs. 

Marketing Management:

  • Develop and manage marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, content marketing, etc.). 
  • Analyze marketing data to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI. 
  • Manage brand identity and messaging across all marketing materials. 

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers to foster loyalty and repeat business. 
  • Identify customer needs and feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies. 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in sales and marketing leadership roles in Software Industry
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Deep understanding of market trends and customer behavior
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and marketing automation tools
  • Experience managing sales and marketing teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
