We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced candidate to fill the role of Business Development Officer in our Recruitment agency. The Business Development Officer will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the recruitment process for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, project management, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Identifying new business opportunities with creative proposals for existing clients
Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients
Stay up to date with all relevant international and local laws governing remittance services.
Strong Knowledge of Ethical compliance with a vital role in Risk Assessment, Monitoring, reporting and Policy Development.
Collaborate with the management team to implement risk control measures and risk mitigation.
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field (Master’s degree or relevant certifications preferred).
Priority will be given to experienced candidates.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of recruitment laws and regulations.
Proven track record of successful recruitment and client satisfaction.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
