We are looking for proactive and results-driven Business Development Officer to join our expanding team in key provinces across Nepal. This is an exciting opportunity to work in the field, build networks, and contribute to our company’s growth at the regional level.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned province.
Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with clients, partners, and retailers.
Execute and support sales strategies, achieving regional sales targets.
Collect market feedback and support the Research & Development (R&D) team with insights.
Prepare and submit regular reports on territory performance.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Minimum +2 (Intermediate Level); Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
1–3 years of experience in field sales, business development, or territory management.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and travel extensively within the assigned province.
Familiarity with local market dynamics is a strong advantage.
