About the job

Position:Business Development Officer

Department: Sales

Job Requirements

Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
Communicate with client via phone and chat
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
Proactive and approachable in building relationships with clients and customers
Take self lead and follow ups
Remain knowledgeable on products offered
Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service
Handling calls frequently
CRM tools (software used is a plus point)
Education: +2 Passed or Bachelors passed
On- Site from 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM
IT Consulting
Fluent in nepali and english
Basic computer knowledge, including domain and hosting usage
Two wheeler with valid driving license
Self Laptop required
Probation : 3 months
Salary: Negotiable
