Business Development Officer

Responsibilities:

• Identify potential clients in the cooperative, accounting, and HR sectors and establish strategic partnerships.
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the industry.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials and promotional campaigns.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities to inform business strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven track record of success in business development, preferably in the software industry.
• Strong understanding of cooperative, accounting, and HR processes and challenges.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have valid driving license (mandatory).
• Willingness to travel as needed.
