Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Identify and develop new business opportunities for Poshilo Foods.
Conduct in-depth market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
Build and maintain relationships with potential clients and strategic partners.
Documentation of company’s various activities, plannings, strategies and contracts
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative growth strategies.
Prepare and present comprehensive business proposals to key stakeholders.
Take the lead in documenting and tracking company activities, plannings, and strategies.
Demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset by actively contributing to the overall vision and development of Poshilo Foods.
Exhibit a hands-on approach, taking on responsibilities akin to a Co-Founder in the dynamic business environment.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in business development or a similar role.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
