Bachelors/Masters with a background in Marketing, Communications, or Advertising field
A work experience of 2+ year in related field of work
Prior Experience of working in digital marketing or an advertising agency will be a plus point
Proficiency in Nepali and English with excellent written oral communication, MS-Excel skills
Good knowledge of Branding, Marketing, Social Media Channels, Digital Media
Enthusiastic and eager to learn and explore various facets of the job, new-age digital advertising
Must be able to perform and be collaborative under pressure situations and tight deadlines

Manage to be a bridge between clients and the agency team
Break down the brief from the client and work in harmony with the agency’s internal team – creative, content, and media buying
Liaising with, and acting as the link between, the client and the organization
Working with colleagues to devise campaigns that meet the client's brief, budget, and monitor the effectiveness of the campaign
Monitoring work progress and keeping in contact with clients at all stages
Presenting alongside colleagues, the campaign ideas, budget to the client, managing campaign costs, and invoicing clients
Working with the media buying, creative and content team and assisting with the formulation of digital marketing strategies
Maintain existing clients and market expansion
Generate precise and accurate reports based on a good understanding of on going projects and campaigns
