Job Overview:

Centurion University of Technology and Management (CUTM) is seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Manager (Mobility Manager) to join our team in Nepal. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting CUTM's programs, establishing and maintaining strong relationships with local agencies, schools, and colleges, and enhancing the University's brand presence in the region. This role requires extensive travel across cities and a commitment to achieving enrollment targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Programs: Actively promote and market CUTM's academic programs to potential students and partner institutions across Nepal.
Liaison and Networking: Develop and maintain relationships with local educational agencies, schools, and colleges to facilitate student enrollments.
Brand Management: Ensure CUTM's brand is consistently represented in all activities, maintaining a positive and professional image within the community.
Student Engagement: Liaise with prospective students and guide them through the enrollment process, ensuring a smooth and supportive experience.
Event Hosting: Organize and host events at various levels to increase brand awareness and promote university programs.
Travel: Be flexible and willing to travel frequently across cities in Nepal to meet potential students, partners, and attend events.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
Strong networking skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and achieve targets.
Professional, ethical, and results oriented.
Willingness to travel frequently within Nepal.

Base Salary: Competitive
