Job Title: Business Development Manager

Location: Kathmandu,

Salary: Nrs 50,000 + Monthly Incentives

Job Overview:

A "Killlleerrrr" digital marketing company seeks a crazyyyy Business Development Manager to join its growing team.

MUST have a passion for driving business growth, a strong network within the advertising industry, and exceptional communication and presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage relationships with existing and potential clients, including advertising agencies and corporate clients.
Identify new business opportunities and pitch services to drive revenue growth.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of client projects.
Create and deliver compelling presentations using tools like Canva to showcase advertising strategies and campaign results.
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and client needs.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets to maximize earnings through incentives.

Requirements:

Experience:

Minimum 2 year of experience in client servicing or business development, specifically within the advertising or marketing field.

Commute:

Must own a personal vehicle for daily commute.

Network:

Strong network of clientele, including connections with advertising agencies and corporate marketing managers.

Skills:

Proficient in presentation tools such as Canva.
Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.

Education

A Bachelor's degree (completed) is preferred.

Leadership:

Strong leadership skills to motivate and guide the team effectively.

Additional Perks:

One-time lunch provided daily.
Two-day weekends (Saturday & Sunday off).
