Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Sales and Marketing of our products and services
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets and meet company objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, including regular client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
Collaborate with insurance providers to design and develop insurance products and packages tailored for corporate clients.
Coordinate with internal teams, including underwriters and claims personnel, to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Identify and target potential corporate clients to generate new business opportunities and increase market reach.
Conduct market research to identify industry trends and client needs
Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to corporate clients.
Stay updated with industry regulations, insurance market developments, and emerging trends to provide valuable insights to clients.
Prepare regular sales reports, to track performance and provide insights to management.
Continuously monitor and improve sales processes, strategies, and techniques to enhance business development effort.

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Requirements:

Minimum Education Plus Two in any discipline
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Self-driven and results-oriented mindset
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Candidates applying from insurance background would be an extra plus.
Driving license and willingness to travel as required.
