Job Description

  • Sales and Marketing of our products and services
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets and meet company objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, including regular client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
  • Collaborate with insurance providers to design and develop insurance products and packages tailored for corporate clients.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including underwriters and claims personnel, to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and target potential corporate clients to generate new business opportunities and increase market reach.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends and client needs
  • Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to corporate clients.
  • Stay updated with industry regulations, insurance market developments, and emerging trends to provide valuable insights to clients.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, to track performance and provide insights to management.
  • Continuously monitor and improve sales processes, strategies, and techniques to enhance business development effort.
