Business Development Manager

• Researching and analyzing market trends, competitors and other relevant information for developing marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives. 
• Overseeing the creative development of promotional materials, website content, advertisements and other marketing related projects.
• Communicating with various media buyers, advertising agencies and other services to help marketing projects come to fruition.
• Organizing and participating in promotional events at trade shows and other venues.
• Identifying weakness in existing marketing campaigns and developing pragmatic solutions within budgetary constraints.
• Communicating with management about marketing initiatives and project metrics.
• Communicating to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.
• Monitoring and reporting on effectiveness of marketing communications.
• Identifying and evaluating marketing strategy based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics and cost and markup factors.
• Identifying unexploited or new business opportunities at national and international level and converting them into opportunities for organizational productivity.
• Devising and presenting ideas and strategies and coordinating with management.
• Planning and organizing training for the marketing department.
• Reviewing marketing information systems for market and product analysis, planning and implementation.
• Identifying and monitoring whether marketing programs are having the desired effect on maximizing brand values
• Research about value addition to the service

Other Specification  

• Candidate should be Master graduate in Marketing or related courses.
• At least 10 years of relevant working experience.
• Intimate understanding of emerging marketing channels.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skill with confident and dynamic personality.
• Ability to think creatively and innovatively.
