Do you have an extensive track record in Product and Service sales and impressive career that has seen you spend a significant amount of time within the Business Development industry? Then this could be the very role for you! As senior members of the team, the candidates will be responsible for leading the overall integrated communications strategy and plan including the ground operations. Both strategic and operational skills are important. Proven ability to maintain a “big picture with long run” view while recognizing the importance of close attention to details. We are looking for self-starters who can work independently and can multi-task. Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills are a must.

Finding and developing new markets and improving sales
Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
Developing quotes and proposals for clients
Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met
Training personnel and helping team members develop their skill

Preferably post graduate/graduate with specialization in Marketing OR Communications from a well-reputed business school and be grounded in all aspect of IT sales management
The person must have a minimum of five plus years of Service Sales experience

Required Skills:

Business maturity, discretion and good judgment are essential qualifications for the role, as are strong communication and collaborative skills as well as a proactive approach
The Candidate is expected to play a pivotal role at our Company and will be an important member of the Business Development team
Knowledge of digital/social media marketing will be required
Experience in digital marketing and branding is necessary
Qualities like leadership, team building is mandatory
Experience in market and trend analysis, and in educational sector is invaluable.
Market research/survey knowledge will be an added advantage
Logistic experience is desirable
Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities
Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones
Experience in sales, marketing or related field
Strong communication skills and IT fluency
Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task
Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Comfortable using a computer for various tasks
