Job Description

We are seeking energetic, confident and field-savvy individuals to join our team in onboarding two-wheeler and four-wheeler drivers to a reputed global mobility platform. This field-based role is ideal for those who enjoy engaging with people, clearly communicating services, and hustling toward business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary force behind driver onboarding through field activations, stalls, direct outreach, and referral networks.
  • Effectively communicate our platform’s service offerings, features, benefits, coverage areas, system functionality, and user experience.
  • Act as the first point of contact for prospective driver partners — resolving initial questions and guiding them through the onboarding journey.
  • Assist in document collection and verification, and support drivers throughout the registration process.
  • Build trust and rapport within local driver communities to foster referrals and long-term engagement.
  • Collaborate with the backend/operations team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Meet assigned daily and weekly onboarding targets, and provide timely field reports and insights to management.
