Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Accounts:

Reconciliation with customer/vendor accounts
Invoice generation services

Inventory Related:

Tracking of inventory losses and control
Stock reconciliation - physical inventory on a monthly basis and reconcile with books and update to reporting manager

Social Media:

Social Media Management through the agency
Provide Agency with relevant details in said report format
Collect info about all products and maintain images along with product details in an excel
Brochure, images and videos for all products to be maintained
Customer order handling along with broadcasting to customers for new products

Social Media:

Handling and updating of Point of Sale system with upload of sale, purchase, expenses and daily cash book
Reconciliation of bank and cash related transactions
Order collection from customers for the placing indent with vendors

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:School (SLC/ SEE)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 1 year

Required Age:More than 20 years

Other Specification

Experience in sales, marketing or related field
Strong communication skills
Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
