Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for a Business Development and Ecosystem Associate who can drive strategic partnerships while ensuring seamless execution across our initiatives. This role is suited for individuals who can both create opportunities and translate them into structured outcomes, contributing directly to the growth of the platform.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Business Development

Identify, approach, and build partnerships with operators, consultants, and ecosystem stakeholders
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of collaborators across key domains
Structure partnerships that contribute to long-term value creation and revenue growth
Represent Brihatpreneurs in meetings, discussions, and external engagements

Ecosystem Execution

Coordinate and execute ecosystem initiatives including clinics, sessions, and collaborative programs
Ensure high-quality delivery and consistency across all engagements
Work closely with stakeholders to translate partnerships into actionable outcomes

Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners and community members
Ensure a premium experience for all stakeholders interacting with Brihatpreneurs
Act as a key point of contact for ongoing collaborations

Growth & Operational Support

Track engagement, partnerships, and overall ecosystem performance
Support the refinement of service offerings and business models
Contribute to building efficient systems for onboarding, coordination, and execution

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or operations
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
Prior exposure to startups, consulting, coworking, or ecosystem platforms is an advantage
Must own or have regular access to a two-wheeler for local travel and meetings
