Role Purpose:

Provide data-driven insight into Ncell's Enterprise and International Business segments, enabling the B2B commercial team and senior leadership to optimise revenue, manage accounts, and identify growth opportunities. The Business Analyst (Enterprise & Int Business) brings analytical rigour to the more complex, lower-volume, higher-value side of Ncell's business — including corporate accounts, government, wholesale, and international roaming and interconnect. The role requires the ability to work with structured commercial data, understand B2B revenue drivers, and communicate findings to sophisticated stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Enterprise & International Analytics:

Analyze B2B account performance, contract utilization, revenue per account, and renewal or churn risk across the enterprise portfolio.
Monitor and report on international roaming revenue, interconnect traffic, and wholesale partner performance.
Track SLA compliance metrics for enterprise accounts, identifying service quality trends that affect retention.
Support pricing analysis and modelling for enterprise deals, bundles, and long-term contracts.
Develop performance scorecards for the Enterprise and International Business unit, integrating revenue, customer, and operational data.

Business Partnering:

Serve as the primary BI partner to the Enterprise Sales, Key Account Management, and International Business teams.
Translate commercial questions from B2B business leaders into structured analytical problems and deliver insight-led answers.
Present findings to senior stakeholders including the CSMO and CEO with clarity, context, and commercial recommendations.
Contribute to enterprise business planning, target setting, account reviews, and bid support with data-backed inputs.

Data & Reporting:

Design and maintain dashboards and reports covering enterprise accounts, international traffic, and B2B revenue performance.
Ensure robust data definitions and reporting consistency across enterprise and wholesale datasets.
Collaborate with Data Analysts and BI Developers to automate and scale reporting where possible.
Support regulatory and group-level reporting requirements related to international business and interconnect.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Data Science, or a related field; Master's degree is an advantage.
Minimum 6–8 years of experience in business analysis, commercial analytics, or a B2B insight function.
Experience in the telecommunications sector, particularly in enterprise sales analytics or international business, is strongly preferred.
Proficiency in SQL for data extraction; experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
Strong financial literacy and understanding of B2B commercial models, contract structures, and wholesale agreements.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships and prioritise analytical deliverables under competing demands.
