Job Description

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to elicit and document business requirements for our products.
Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and the development team, ensuring clear communication of project objectives.
Engage in agile development processes, participating in sprint planning, and contributing to the prioritization of features and user stories.
Document research findings, development progress, and outcomes in a clear and organized manner.
Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders, summarizing key insights and recommendations.
Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends and potential technologies.
Provide insights that drive informed decision-making for R&D initiatives.
Collect and analyze data to extract meaningful insights, helping to guide data-driven decision-making processes.

Requirements

Master’s Degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 1-year work experience as a Business Analyst.
Experience in business analysis and ability to translate business needs to technical requirements.
Strong research skills with a passion for staying abreast of fintech innovations.
Strong analytical mindset with a passion for problem-solving.
Excellent communication skills to convey complex ideas to diverse stakeholders.
