About the job

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst. Your primary role is to improve business processes by anticipating areas of improvement. You'll develop effective solutions, lead process reviews, and keep us updated on process and IT advancements.

Responsibilities:

Evaluate, anticipate, and identify areas for improvement in business processes to develop effective solutions.
Lead process reviews, develop optimization strategies, and stay updated with advancements in both processes and IT.
Conduct meetings and presentations to effectively communicate insights and findings to teams and management.
Manage projects, perform user acceptance testing, and monitor performance to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
Utilize statistical methods and data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, and Excel.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, or an MBA.
Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
Knowledge of project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall.
Excellent documentation and report-writing skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in statistical methods and data analysis tools, including SQL, Python, R, and Excel.

Soft Skills: Effective communication, analytical thinking, problem-solving, adaptability, and attention to detail.

Work Schedule: Flexible
