China First Highway Engineering Company is seeking a highly qualified and motivated candidate for the role of Bridge/Road Engineer (Communication and Design). As a senior level member of our team in the Construction/Real Estate industry, the successful candidate will play a key role in the design and implementation of major transportation infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities:

Communicate with stakeholders, clients, and team members to gather project requirements
Conduct research and analysis to develop innovative design solutions for bridges and roads
Use AutoCAD and other design software to create detailed construction plans
Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with project specifications and standards
Coordinate with other engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure successful project execution
Analyze data and test results to make necessary design modifications
Prepare and present progress reports to management and clients
Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design plans
Budget management and cost control for project execution
Lead and mentor junior engineers on design concepts and project management strategies

Required Experience:More than 5 years

More than 5 years of relevant work experience
Software requirement: Word/Excel/PowerPoint/SW-road and other necessary
Familiar with road and bridge design of construction.
Have good social relations with the relevant employee of consultant.
Have good communications skills and timely feedback on communication results.
Familiar with applicable engineering related software and proficient in applicable English
