Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a versatile and proactive Brand and Creative Lead to head our internal creative department. You will be responsible for translating the Mayahold Group’s vision into high-impact visual and digital assets. This role is unique as it requires a blend of creative storytelling, technical oversight of website projects, and the leadership skills to manage a team of 5–6 creative professionals.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of 5–6 members (Graphic Designers, Web Developers, and Content Creators) to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
Brand Stewardship: Define and maintain the visual identity for Mayahold and its diverse subsidiaries, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
Website Oversight: Project manage the development and maintenance of company websites. You will act as the bridge between management and the development team to ensure UI/UX and brand alignment.
Creative Direction: Supervise the production of all graphic assets, from social media kits and corporate profiles to large-scale marketing materials.
Workflow Management: Implement a structured project management system to handle multiple branding requests from different business units simultaneously.
Quality Control: Review and approve all creative output to ensure it meets international standards and corporate guidelines.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Marketing, Fine Arts, or a related field.
Experience: 3–5 years of experience in a creative or digital agency, with at least 1 year in a supervisory/team-lead role.
Technical Literacy: Strong understanding of Website Development workflows (WordPress/CMS, UI/UX principles).
Proficiency in Graphic Design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Canva).
Leadership: Proven ability to manage a multidisciplinary team and resolve technical/creative bottlenecks.
Communication: Excellent communication skills in English and Nepali to present creative concepts to executive leadership.
