We are looking for friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Boba Baristas to join our growing boba franchise company. If you enjoy making delicious drinks, working in a fast-paced environment, and providing great service, this opportunity is perfect for you.

Responsibilities

Prepare boba drinks, teas, smoothies, and specialty beverages
Follow all SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) to ensure consistency and quality
Provide excellent customer service with a positive, friendly attitude
Take orders, handle payments, and manage cash accurately
Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, equipment, and workspace
Manage ingredients, toppings, and restock inventory
Follow hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards
Assist with opening and closing procedures
