Equagen Engineers PLLC is seeking a highly experienced BIM Modeler to join our team in Kathmandu, Nepal.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain BIM models for architectural/ structural/ Industrial projects using Revit.
Create Technical Drawings using CAD software (such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar programs) to generate 2D and 3D technical drawings based on sketches, specifications, and design parameters provided by engineers, architects, or designers.
3D visualization and presentation skills
Collaborating with team members to ensure accurate and coordinated designs.
Ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards.
Managing project data and documentation.
Staying updated on industry trends and software advancements.
Providing technical support when needed.
Contributing to workflow improvements.

What are we looking for?

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
Experience in architectural/Structural design and drafting.
Proficiency in Revit software. BIM 360 is a plus.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
Familiarity with industry standards and best practices.
Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and deadlines.
