Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Develop and maintain BIM protocols and BIM Execution Plans.
Ensure adherence to BIM protocols.
Coordinate, optimize, and audit data and documentation to support the effective transition from the construction phase to the operational phase of a facility's lifecycle.
Perform clash detection and conduct visual walkthroughs using Navisworks Manage.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 1 year

Other Specification

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
At least 1 year of experience as a BIM Coordinator or in a related role.
Proficiency in both verbal and written English, along with strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with individuals across all levels of the organization.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Windows applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Capability to prioritize multiple tasks, solve problems remotely with minimal supervision, and
keep track of progress and issues arising from daily tasks.
A team player, committed to quality, with a passion for continuous learning in a fast-paced environment.

Skills:

Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, Autodesk Construction Cloud, STAAD Pro, and Bentley.
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
