Job Overview:

We are looking for a Billing Executive to manage and process invoices efficiently. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in billing, invoicing, or a related field, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and process invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain billing records and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Verify and reconcile invoices with purchase orders and other documents.
• Coordinate with internal teams, including finance and sales, to resolve billing discrepancies.
• Handle customer queries related to billing and payments.
• Prepare reports on billing activities and outstanding payments.
• Assist in maintaining proper documentation for audit and compliance purposes.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in billing, invoicing, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and billing software.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
