Job Title: Billing Executive
Location: Hakui, Nawalparasi
Salary: Nrs. 25,000 (Negotiable)
Experience: Minimum 1 year in billing, invoicing, or a related field

Job Overview:

We are looking for a Billing Executive to manage and process invoices efficiently. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in billing, invoicing, or a related field, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate and process invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
Maintain billing records and ensure compliance with company policies.
Verify and reconcile invoices with purchase orders and other documents.
Coordinate with internal teams, including finance and sales, to resolve billing discrepancies.
Handle customer queries related to billing and payments.
Prepare reports on billing activities and outstanding payments.
Assist in maintaining proper documentation for audit and compliance purposes.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum 1 year of experience in billing, invoicing, or a similar role.
Proficiency in MS Excel and billing software.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
