Roles and responsibilities of this job

Able to prepare document/s for bidding purpose
Responsible for all document control activities for the company and projects
Provide professional document control duties applying diversified knowledge and experience of document control and filing practices to support construction projects
Maintain all hard copy files of project documentation
Maintain electronic copy files of project documentation
Performs other related duties as required and assigned
Ensure that project documents follow the company's standards
Stay maintained and accurate and are available when needed
Prepare method of statement, mobilization, work schedule, progress reports etc.
Prepare reports from various project sites
Coordination with the sites
Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly making safety inspections and ensuring construction and site safety
Cost estimation
Contractual correspondences
