Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated BCA Coordinator to oversee the Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) program. The role involves academic coordination, faculty guidance, curriculum management, and ensuring a high standard of teaching and learning outcomes for students. Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience as a Head of Department (HOD) or Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage all academic activities of the BCA program.
Develop and update the curriculum in consultation with faculty, ensuring alignment with university requirements and industry standards.
Monitor and evaluate student performance, attendance, and progress.
Provide guidance and support to faculty on teaching methods, course delivery, and assessment.
Organize seminars, workshops, and events to enhance academic and professional development.
Maintain accurate academic records, reports, and documentation.
Liaise with Tribhuvan University, accreditation bodies, and other stakeholders.
Foster a positive learning environment and ensure adherence to institutional policies.

Required Education Level:Graduate (Masters)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

MSc. CSIT or M.E. in Computer Engineering. Preference will be given to candidates with experience as an HOD or Coordinator
Strong knowledge of computer science, information technology, and current trends in the field.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to mentor students and faculty effectively.
