Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced BBA/MBA Director to lead the academic and operational management of the BBA and MBA programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for academic leadership, faculty management, curriculum enhancement, industry collaboration, and ensuring overall quality education aligned with institutional goals and industry standards.

Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee the overall academic operations of BBA and MBA programs
Develop and implement academic strategies, policies, and program improvements
Supervise faculty performance, mentoring, and professional development initiatives
Ensure effective curriculum delivery and maintain academic quality standards
Coordinate with universities, accreditation bodies, and industry partners
Organize workshops, seminars, industry visits, and guest lectures for student development
Monitor student academic progress, discipline, and overall engagement
Support admissions, student counseling, and promotional activities for the programs
Prepare academic reports, schedules, and departmental plans
Foster a positive academic culture focused on innovation, leadership, and excellence

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Graduate (Masters)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

Master’s Degree in Management, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
3 to 5 years of experience in academic leadership, program management, or higher education administration
Strong understanding of university academic systems and curriculum planning
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Experience in faculty supervision, student engagement, and academic operations
Ability to build industry connections and academic partnerships
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
