Roles and responsibilities of this job

Work with principal to set goals/objectives to be accomplished during each academic year
Prepare Annual plan for the BBA Program
Ensure course planning for the academic year for the BBA Program is complete
Ensure faculty requirements are being met as per course requirements and Collage/UNIV regulations
Assist the principal with preparing reports that may be required for strategic decision-making

Candidate should have completed MBA with at least 3 years of work experience in relevant field
Demonstrated excellent written and oral communication skills
Demonstrated excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office products and an ability to learn new software as necessary.
Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, and execute events.
Demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with School of Business and University staff, students and faculty as well as external constituents
Demonstrated ability to take initiative
Willingness and ability to work nights and weekends in support of program activities.
