Rosebud currently has about 1700 students. Develop and implement effective training programs to improve individual and team performance.
Analyze game footage and provide feedback to players to enhance their understanding and execution of strategies.
Create game plans and strategies tailored to the strengths and weaknesses of opponents.
Foster a positive and supportive team environment that encourages camaraderie, sportsmanship, and personal growth.
Maintain a strong emphasis on academics and character development, ensuring that student-athletes excel both on and off the court.
Attend all practices, games, and team events, demonstrating a commitment to the success of the program.
Collaborate with athletic department personnel to coordinate scheduling, transportation, and other logistical matters.
Stay informed about current trends and best practices in basketball coaching, continually seeking opportunities for professional development.
