We are currently looking for a backend developer who is responsible for server-side web application logic and prepare REST API for front-end developers. Your primary focus will be the development of all server-side logic, definition and maintenance of the central database, maintain AWS services required by the API and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end.

Required Skills:

• Proficient understanding of Node JS, Express framework, Typescript, and their lifecycle.
• Experienced with databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, and ORM (Object Relational Mapper) libraries, along with well-equipped database architecture and DB design knowledge
• Knowledge of AWS ecosystem or similar cloud-based provider developing scalable websites/services
• Knowledge deployment tools such as Capistrano, pm2
• Knowledge of microservice architecture and RESTful API
• In-depth understanding of web development
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
• Understanding accessibility and security compliance
• User authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments
• Basic understanding of front-end technologies and platforms
